Head upstairs to additional sleeping space or straight ahead to the dining room and kitchen!

 Head upstairs to find a twin bed, cozy reading area and futon that can be used for additional sleeping space in the first room!
 And a nice big closet to store all those extra vacation items!

Back on the main floor you will find the bathroom - complete with both a shower and a vintage style tub!

The dining room might be my favorite room in the house - and it might just be yours too... here's why..

The little ones will enjoy the Adirondack chairs that are just their size!

Ready for some shade after a great day at the beach...this spot has your name on it!  Or breakfast, lunch or dinner outside on the deck!  Pull up an extra chair and enjoy!

Kitchen is fully furnished with electric range, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffer maker, microwave,  blender, all pots, pans, plates, silverware, cooking utensils and glassware needed  

Dinning Room includes farm house style dinning table with bench seating in addition to 2 chairs to easily accommodate 8 adults

Living Room includes TV with VCR/DVD player, books, games & puzzles

Bathroom includes shower, vintage style claw foot bath tub and plenty of storage for toiletries

Upstairs has one private bedroom with 2 twin beds and a futon and the other room holds another futon, a third twin bed, built in book shelves and cozy little corners kids will love!

Outside includes bi-level deck with table and chairs under canopy, and additional seating on upper deck.  Partially fenced yard, driveway, and ample street parking across the street.
